What is the Yakima StageTwo?
The Yakima StageTwo 2" is a premium tray hitch bike rack designed for 2” hitch receivers and accommodating two bikes up to 70lbs each, with wheel sizes ranging from 20” to 29”. The StageTwo tilts forward for greater trunk or back hatch access and can accommodate tire widths up to 3.25” as-is. Add the optional StageTwo Fat Bike Kit (sold separately) for tires up to 5” wide.
The two tiered, adjustable bike trays minimize bike to bike interference and maximize ground clearance, while the StrongArm hook secures the bike at it’s wheels - protecting painted surfaces and carbon frames.
To carry up to four bikes, you’ll want to add the StageTwo 2.
For 1.25” hitch receivers, you’ll want the Yakima StageTwo 1.25”.
