Description
Amp up the function of your platform by upgrading to the Contractor Body package. Storage, access and function are the calling card of this multi-functional unit. Carry and store all you need with the Knapheide Contractor Body.
- PVMX platform base: 11-gauge high tensile steel strength cross sills on 18" centers with 5" structural C-channel long sills
- Side and end rails are constructed of 12-gauge high tensile strength steel
- Roughneck Toolboxes: (1) above bodyand (1) underbody toolbox on each side of the body. Toolboxes include double panel door construction and automotive-quality, rotary-style latches.
- ICC bumper for underride protection
- Standard in either white or blackfinish paint
- 15" side and rear stake racks are hinged to drop down 180 degrees for maximum access. Rear stake rack is separated into two sections for additional functionality.
- Material rack is rated for 1,500 lb., is side forklift loadable, has swing-away rear cross bar and removable intermediate cross bars for loading taller items, and has tie down hooks to help secure your items
- Screened window bulkhead is contoured to conform to the lines of the cab, while offering maximum visibility
- All LED clearance and marker lights
- Electrodeposition prime-paint system provides superior corrosion resistance
- Other features:
- Aluminum tread plate rock guards installed on the front of each underbody toolbox
- Standard with either 1/8" tread plate steel or polyboard
- Full-height tailboard at the rear of the above body toolboxes to separate the bed space
